Chicken Bacon Ranch Burgers

Chicken burger stuffed with the flavours of chicken bacon ranch!

ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning*
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese)
  • 4 hamburger buns (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing (link)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
directions
  1. Mix the chicken, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, bacon, cheddar, and breadcrumbs, and form 4 patties.
  2. Cook the patties by grilling, or pan frying, or broiling, until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  3. Top with the cheese slices and let it melt before removing the patties from the grill.
  4. Assemble the burgers and enjoy!

Option: *Make ranch seasoning with: 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Option: Add 1 cup zucchini, grated and squeezed to remove excess liquid to the patties!
Option: Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce to the patties.
