A pasta salad with grilled chicken, bacon, ranch, tomatoes, and cheese!
Chicken, bacon and ranch is a fabulous flavour combination that goes so well in a pasta salad! This is a pretty simple pasta salad with pasta, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheddar cheese, chicken, bacon and the ranch dressing. You can use whatever cooked and sliced or shredded chicken you want; I like to use ranch grilled chicken for even more ranch flavour but leftover rotisserie chicken also works well! You can change the ingredients in the salad as you like but no matter how you make it, this salad is an amazing option for any food occasion this summer!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

A pasta salad with grilled chicken, bacon, ranch, tomatoes, and cheese!
ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 6 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and sliced or shredded (such as ranch grilled chicken)
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (link)
directions
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package, drain and rinse in cold water until it has cooled.
- Toss the pasta, lettuce, chicken, bacon, avocado, tomato, cheese, and with the dressing and enjoy!
Option: Add 1/4 cup salsa verde.
Option: Add 1/4 cup diced onions, or pickled red onions.
Option: Add 1/4 cup jalapeno, sliced or chopped (or pickled jalapenos).
Option: Add more veggies!
