A BLT (Bacon Lettuce and Tomato) sandwich with grilled chicken and a caesar salad!

ingredients
  • 2 cups romaine, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup caesar dressing (link)
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • 4 buns/rolls (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1 pound grilled chicken (link), warm
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
directions
  1. Mix the lettuce, dressing, croutons, and parmesan.
  2. Assemble the sandwich and enjoy!

Option: Add 4 slices of cheese (havarti, or jack, or cheddar, etc.)!
Option: Add 1 avocado, sliced!
