Grinder Salad

All of the flavours of a grinder in salad form!

ingredients
    For the dressing:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (or Italian seasoning)
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced/grated
  • 2 tablespoons parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • For the salad:
  • 6 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup provolone, chopped
  • 1/2 cup salami, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
directions
    For the dressing:
  1. Mix everything.
  2. For the salad:
  3. Mix everything, toss with dressing and enjoy!

Option: Use your favourite salad/grinder ingredients!
