Chicken marinated in ranch seasoning before cooking to perfection!

ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, pounded thin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (link)
directions
  1. Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the oil and ranch seasoning for 20 minutes to overnight.
  2. Shake off the excess marinade and grill (or pan fry) over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Option: Roast the marinated chicken in the oven at 425F until cooked, about 20 minutes!
Option: Replace the oil and ranch seasoning mixture with ranch dressing (link).
Option: Brush the grilled chicken with BBQ Sauce!
Option: Ranch seasoning: 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
