- 3 tablespoons basil pesto (link)
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing (link)
- 1 loaf focaccia, sliced open (or 6 buns or 12 sliced bread) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 6 slices havarti cheese (or cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 6 ounces turkey, deli sliced (or diced)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced
directions
- Mix the basil pesto and the ranch dressing.
- Assemble the sandwich, slice, and enjoy!
Option: Replace the ranch dressing with mayonnaise or caesar dressing.
